There comes a time when we need some outside help. I’m a licensed Addictions Counselor, Reiki Master, and an Ordained Minister of Psycho-Spiritual Shamanic Studies in the Central Maine area, and I’d love to help you

on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Since entering private practice in 1990, I have provided clients with a wide range of support, counseling and spiritual guidance. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

Individual and Couples Counseling

A Healthier You

I utilize a non-ordinary, spirituality based approach in both my individual sessions and couples counseling. This type of counseling guides my clients into an enhanced and enriched recovery process. Together we will work on a recovery plan that supports your growth and renewal.

Group Work

Growing Together

Group Process can be an incredibly valuable and healing experience. The benefits of group work are many; group can be a transformative experience, enhancing connection and social skills while encouraging camaraderie and self-discovery. 

I offer a variety of groups throughout the year, but can also tailor groups to meet the needs of participants or organizations.

Retreats and Workshops

Caring for the Spirit

I offer a wide range of specialized workshops on a variety of topics such as addiction and recovery, self-care and self-compassion, inner child work, and family healing. Additionally, I facilitate Spiritual Retreats throughout the year at Elderberry Sanctuary.

Elderberry Sanctuary

A Tranquil Space for Healing

Elderberry Sanctuary is my home base. A beautiful location in Central Maine, the entrance to the sanctuary is surrounded by elderberry bushes that bloom beautifully in the spring of the year.
